HR Policies

DoWMAT Policies / procedures and guidance for HR matters are all provided by Worcestershire County Council HR and were adopted by DOWMAT Board on 7.10.22 to apply to all schools in the DOWMAT. These policies are to be read in conjunction with the DoWMAT Scheme of Delegation.
