Christmas at Castlemorton
End of Term Christmas Celebrations!
The final weeks of the autumn term at Castlemorton were filled with joy, reflection and celebration as our children shared their talents and Christmas spirit with families and the wider community.
Our Christmas performances showcased confidence, creativity and teamwork across the school. Red Class delighted audiences with their French nativity, demonstrating not only impressive language skills but also confidence and enthusiasm as they brought the Christmas story to life in another language. It was a wonderful celebration of our broad and ambitious curriculum.

Our youngest children in EYFS and KS1 performed their nativity, A Bundle of Joy, with huge smiles, clear voices and plenty of festive sparkle. From confident narrators to enthusiastic singers, every child shone, making it a truly heart-warming performance that captured the meaning and joy of Christmas.
Our end-of-term celebrations culminated in a beautiful Carol Service at St Gregory’s Church, where the school community gathered to reflect and celebrate together.
Our musicians were simply outstanding. Pupils performed with confidence and pride on a wide range of instruments, including string ensemble, cornets, flutes, piano and guitar. Their music filled the church, truly shining their light and bringing joy to everyone present. Alongside thoughtful readings and uplifting carols, the service was a powerful reminder of the meaning of Christmas and the incredible talents of our children.
These celebrations perfectly reflected our school values and sense of community, leaving us feeling grateful, inspired and ready to celebrate the Christmas season together.
