This week, Blue Class successfully completed their first aid course — and what a fantastic experience it was! The children spent the day learning many essential life-saving skills, including how to call for help, how to help someone who is unwell or injured and how to use basic first aid equipment.  In the afternoon the children went on to explore how to recognise and respond to someone who is choking and were introduced to the basics of CPR and how to give chest compressions.

The sessions were practical, engaging, and perfectly pitched for our young learners, helping them to build both confidence and responsibility.

A huge thank you goes to Jenny and Ian for planning and delivering such an excellent course. Their expertise, enthusiasm and calm approach made the sessions both informative and enjoyable for everyone involved.
